8. Description of SMS Program

Guardian Logistics LLC uses SMS text messaging, sent via our RingCentral business communications platform, to coordinate logistics scheduling and status updates. We do not run open-ended marketing “campaigns” — every message we send falls into one of the following fixed categories, depending on who you are:

  • Tow Partners: Pickup assignment, scheduling, and logistics coordination messages.
  • Law Firms / Creditors: Case status updates and coordination messages.
  • Customer Support / Website Visitors: Customer support and service update messages initiated by you through our website or by texting us directly.

By texting or providing your number to Guardian Logistics LLC, you agree to receive Customer Support, Vehicle Storage Updates, and Delivery Logistics SMS from us. You may reply STOP to opt-out at any time; Reply HELP for support; Message and data rates may apply; Messaging frequency varies.

All recipients are adults; we do not send messages to or knowingly contact minors. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

9. Consent for SMS Communication

For tow partners, consent is established through an active service engagement, and text messages are sent for the purpose of coordinating pickup, scheduling, and logistics.

For law firm and creditor contacts, consent is established through an existing business relationship or engagement for coordination purposes, and text messages relate to case status and scheduling updates.

For website visitors and customer support contacts, consent is established when you provide your phone number through our Contact page or text us directly, as described in the checkbox disclosure on that page.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be sold or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purposes.

11. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This SMS service is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers; availability is not guaranteed on all networks or devices.

  • Consent Confirmation. By not opting out after receiving an initial message, or by affirmatively engaging with us by text, you confirm your understanding that you may receive further logistics-related messages as described above.
  • Security. We use industry-standard safeguards, including those provided through our RingCentral and Salesforce integration, to protect data transmitted via SMS.
  • Service Availability. While we aim for uninterrupted service, Guardian Logistics LLC is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or failures due to carrier or technical issues outside our control.
  • No Guarantee of Outcome. SMS coordination does not guarantee any particular outcome regarding vehicle transportation, storage, or scheduling timeline.
