2.3 Information from Tow Partners and Law Firms

  • Coordinate vehicle transportation and storage logistics with tow partners and client law firms/creditors, including scheduling, confirming, and providing status updates.
  • Communicate with law firms, creditors, and tow partners regarding case status, scheduling, and logistics.

  • Maintain records required for legal, tax, and regulatory compliance in Nevada.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to vehicle transportation/storage coordination and the operation of our services, and we do not sell your Personal Data.

For tow partners and law firm/creditor contacts: Text messages are sent as part of an existing business relationship or engagement for coordination purposes.

For website visitors and customer support contacts: Consent is established when you provide your phone number through our Contact page or text us directly.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process, including phone numbers and communication preferences, is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purposes, and is used solely by Guardian Logistics LLC to provide and improve the services described in this Policy.

4.3 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the status of your matter. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive no further text messages from us, except a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. You may opt back in by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 11.

Information collected through the SMS consent and opt-in process — including phone numbers and consent records — is not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.   • Tow partners, to carry out vehicle pickup, transport, and storage
  • Law firms, creditors, and lenders, to provide case status updates
  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., RingCentral for telephone/SMS communications, Salesforce for case/contact management, hosting providers), under obligations to protect your information
  • Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to comply with a court order, subpoena, or similar legal process
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell Personal Data, and we do not share SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data, including case-related information such as VINs, for as long as necessary to complete the relevant matter and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, which may require multi-year retention depending on the nature of the engagement. You may request deletion of your data subject to these legal retention requirements; see Section 11.
